Q1. How do I place an order and how can I pay for the purchases I select? And what about shipping?

 

We are using a basic shopping cart to facilitate your order. Just find the item you want to order. When you see the add to cart notation just click and "go with it".

 

Q2. Do you sell gift certificates? How do they work?

 

We offer gift certificates that can be used for online purchase only. You can buy one from our gift certificate page by clicking the Gift Certificate link in the footer.  You can either enter the amount you wished to have or choose the amount from drop down list of amounts.

You can either send it by email or by post mail. Please fill in all the mandatory fields.

You can use gift certificate by clicking Payment Options in the check out page. You just put in Gift Certificate Code and click Apply button to see the total amount adjustment.

 

Q3. How is shipping cost calculated?

 

Our shopping cart is using USP pricing based on order size and weight. We use UPS for reliable shipping. There are several options of shipping of Ground, 3days and next day depending upon how fast you want to receive the products.

 

Q4. Where are you located?

 

We have two locations that send the products out. Portmerion products are shipped from New Jersey and other products are shipped from Georgia. So, if you order Portmerion products and other products, you will receive two shipments from both locations. However, you will not billed for two separate shipment bill and you will be charged only one bill based on the cost from New Jersey.

Q5. Who are your affiliated shops?

 

They are the shops that we are affiliated but not responsible for any transaction or any product. Q6. Do you charge Sales Tax?

 

Because we shipped from New Jersey and Georgia, we are under the jurisdiction of Georgia and New Jersey sales tax. We charge 6% for Georgia and 7% for New Jersey. If you live in the higher sales tax county, we will absorb the difference for our thanks for shopping with us.

Our Sales Tax is based on your shipping address.

Other than New Jersey and Georgia, we don’t charge any Sales Tax.

 

Q7. What is your return policy?

 

We accept returns within ten days for full refund less postage.  If there is damage or error in product we refund full price including postage or replace item, again, within ten days. 

 

For portmeirion product, you need to ship back to this address within ten days.
